my fave to make, its falls out all the time but its really nice and filling. i dont use any butter or margerine on it though, it works better on a bun rather than two slices of bread :)

Wholenut peanut butter is really filling! I also like bacon, avocado and salad or coronation chicken (cooked chicken mixed with curry powder, extra light mayo, low fat natural yogurt and a tiny bit of mango chutney and a few raisins or sultanas).

Roasted red peppers and cream cheese sounds really nice, shall be trying that!
