Healty extra's question

Hi all
I am starting SW today, but am doing it from home, i have a question about the healthy extra bit, ive noticed that you can have 1 or 2 on A, am i allowed to have extra milk on A, as i dont like any kind of cheese?

yes that's fine you can double the quantity of milk and have that as both your a choices

Thats fine as thats what i do have double the amount of milk.
