227g of potato is 6 Syns.

57g of potato (raw weight), flesh and skin is 1.5 Syns.

So 227g potato (raw weight), flesh and skin = 6 Syns.

I think you may have been looking at the Syn value for cooked weight. :)

A HEb isn't a HEb based on how many syns it has it in, it is based on the fibre/protein/etc content. The syn value is only relevant if you are synning it, not using as a HEb.

You cannot just have something that is worth 6 syns and call it a HEb. HEb must be from the updated list that you can find on the SW website.

Sorry if what I have said is obvious but didn't want anyone to get the wrong end of the stick :)
