Hi not really a syn qu, wasn't sure where to post. I know i can use a jacket potato as a heb on original but i cant remember how many grams, can someone please tell me xx

Going from my book which I got in 2009, you can have 227g baking potato including skin (raw weight). Hope that helps, but you may get a more up to date answer if its changed,

just checked the new book, it's now 230g for a baking potato including skin raw weight.

Thank you, my book is from 2010 but i gave it to my sister, a it annoying x
