Hello! A very new slightly nervous me :)

Hello Everyone,

Im Gem, and im finally here! which after looking around and seeing how many lovely people are too, ive realised is this must only be a good thing after losing 8 stone the year before last after a relationship break up.i became so cocky when it came to anybody trying to offer me support when after falling in love again...it came back on.
so now my cockyness, home cooking and change in lifestyle has now put me in a bad place , along with my amazing husband to be who has about the same as me to lose..so here i am looking to find some motivational success stories, tips and advice, and maybe a few friends on the way xx

Thankyou, but im still as daunted as i was the first time! I cant have done it right else i wouldnt have put it back on..i will get there, as we all will x
