A quick intro for you all, Im a 23 year old male topping the scales at 264 pounds. Im new Lipotrim and to using forums so im a little out of my comfort zone. I started the diet today, its all abit crazy as im working nights for the next week.

First day has been very hard but maybe the tierdness is not helping. I just hope the results make it all worth while.

Thanks for taking the time to read.

Hi there - welcome to the site.
I've just finished my 2nd week of lipotrim and whilst the first few days weren't easy I'm now finding it fine and not really thinking about eating food tanywhere near as much as i thought I would be.
I've lost 17lb in my first 2 weeks - something I'd never achieve on a 'normal' diet so it definately works. I struggle to drink enough water some days but I think if you can master that its even easier!

Good Luck.

Hi Podgy and welcome to the forum. You will be tired in your first week, whilst your body gets used to your new diet. The trick is to do drink plenty of water :) If you stick to the diet 100% the lbs will soon be dropping off. Heres hoping you have another successful day today :) xx

Hi Podgy and:welcome:
The first week is the hardest so if you can stick with 100% then you'll soon be seeing amazing results. Drink loads of water and keep coming back here and reading all the posts of those who have had fantasic weight loss. They really are a help (they certainly helped me):D

All the best with your LT journey

Welcome, I'm in a similar position to you although a tad older at 25 and a lot heavier lol. For my first week I found lots of water and call of duty helped. Also buy a hand blender as I think it makes the shakes far more palatable.
