Hello to all

I'm new here, just joined today and am just introducing myself.
I have tried repeatedly over the years to loose weight but always end up weighing more at the end of the year than at the start. This year is my year i have decided and hopefully with your support ill get the weight off, and more importantly, keep it off this time!!!
At the moment im working on a simply calorie controlled diet which (for the first week at least) has been working wonders.

Hi and welcome.

Come join us on the Calorie counting section, we're a friendly if sometimes nutty bunch! (actually the whole of minimins is friendly which makes a nice change from some forums i've been on!)

Theres a valentines challenge (original poster "the moog") up at the moment...post what weight you'd like to lose by then and update weekly, it all adds motivation to keep going.
