    Hi to you all. I am currently living in England, working as a teacher and working on me. Becoming the person I've know for a long time that I am inside. Getting my body to reflect the person I am on the inside.

    Am doing CD as I have decided that cutting food out is the best option for me to take at the moment.

    I did one full week of CD three weeks ago and then had half term and parties... deviated but right back on it now!

    Feel really free.

    You must be strong through the parties and half-terms and holidays! Those are the real tests of strength. Yes, it SUCKS not being able to join in the drinking and eating, but it's not going to be like that forever.
    If you fall off the wagon for every holiday or party you'll never stick it through.
    Good luck and be patient with yourself! :D
