Glad you're finding it easy. The best tip you can get is be honest with yourself. Don't sneaky eat stuff and forget to write it down - it all counts! Keep your food diary, stick to the plan and it will work for you.

am writing everything down, even water and me contraceptive pill.lol coz me co-ordinator sed if i gain she can look at me diary and try to pin point where (if i am) going wrong ,

It's a great idea to write everything down at first, when I started I wasn't eating enough free foods and relied too much on my HEs as I'd been so used to calorie counting - in theory though I'd stuck to the diet just wasn't maximising its effects. Really helps if your consultant can go through the list and give you some pointers.
