Hi, thanks for that.
I haven't been back to this introduction since July, and I'm shocked myself that I'm still here and I've now lost 10 stones. Its nice to end the year reflecting on something good, and makes me more determined to reach my goals this year. I would never have got so far on my weight loss journey without the support of some amazing people on here.... Truly amazing place and my life has changed massively as a result of the support, encouragement and understanding on here... as I could never have lost the weight on my own..
