Hi Brian!!!

wow you and i are very similar....

both 6'2" started off almost the same and your goal weight and BMI are the same as my goals!!!

anyway welcome and well done for the loss so far!!

i started Lipotrim a week and a half ago and i've just got to the first stone mark!!! (11.3lbs in first seven days)

I too have been strugling for years and at one point was up at 23st 10lbs!!!

Lost 42lbs at weight watchers last year but has crept up again

started Lipotrim i was 20st 1lbs and this morning 19st 1lb!!!

The shakes are quite tough as you are cutting out food entirely but after the first few days you get used to it (ish)

hey Jay 11.3 pounds in a week wow.

I dont think i could do those milk shake diets.

My diet relies on cutting out 90% of the fat

No more bacon and egg for breakfast instead i now eat a high fibre breakfast shreddies with a hand full of all bran and an apple.

lots of veg brocoli spinache carrots etc.

I cut out most of the dairy apart from a small amount of half fat milk on my breakfast.

No white bread i only eat wholemeal pitta breads and no butter or margerine.

Plenty of water.

No red meat i only eat chicken breast or fresh fish cooked in the oven.

Oh and i changed my daily brew for green tea as i heard it helps to lose weight can't confirm that though.

My current weight is 17stone 10lbs :)

thats basically what i was doing before the Lipotrim but with the odd meal out or takeaway

so basically i was maintaining at the previous weight

but your bang on right, thats the best way to do it!!!
