Hello everyone.


I am a newbie to the site, not unfotunatly a newbie to dieting.

I have tried everything, weight watchers, slimming world even had a few months on the cambridge diet.

I weighed myself the other week and the scales clocked up to 17.13 stone. As you can imagine this shocked me into doing something so I have started the gym and instead of doing another diet where I have to pay I decided just to go it alone. Count my Kcals and hit the gym hard.

This paid off in my first week and I lost 7lbs.

I thought I would join a forum just to get a little support from people going through the same issues.

I am wanting to get down to 10.5 so I have a long way too go.
