Hi Folks
Although I haven't officially joined SW, i have been following the original plan for the last week. I have absolutely no staying power and have never managed to diet in my life but after gaining a stone in the last four months due to time off work, i am determined not to buy new clothes.

I'm now tempted to try the extra easy plan as it seems so simple and i'm missing potatoes so desperately already.

On searching for specific syn values for branded items, this site came up again and again, so i thought i would join and say hello :wave_cry:

The SW section of this site is great for both support and motivation. There are many challenges you can join to keep you sticking to your goals if you find it hard sticking to plan.
