I am Kirsty, I am 31 and live just outside Edinburgh in Scotland. I used to post on here about a year ago when I was going to Slimming World. I fell off the bandwagon well and truly. On Sunday with the encouragement of my mum and my sister I joined Weight Watchers and so far it seems to be so good…

I am hopeful that I can lose 3 stone by Christmas… maybe 4…

Christmas is my goal date too! Can you believe its only June and we are already thinking about Xmas? Having said that, last time I blinked it was Xmas! hehe
