I have just started on Slimming world from home here in Spain. Need to lose 19kg before the end of the year to help with high blood pressure and cholesterol. Have been looking up syns over the last couple of weeks and the search engines always brings up minimins so thought I would join as it seems a good place to get advice and encouragement and also perhaps help to encourage others.
