welcome to minimins hon. have you been sticking to the diet 100% how many carbs are you having? are you doing mainly green days? it might be worth doing the red days with a lower carb count to see if you can cut the loop?

i'm sure you'll suddenly get a whoosh loss. they happen :)

Hi and welcome. I'm not on SW so can't help there. But try and concentrate on having a good day and take the diet a day at a time until you are back in the swing of things. Good luck
