I am starting to diet tomorrow. I am 16st 12lb and devastated. I knew I was very overweight, but never really thought i'd be nearly 17 stone. I am a size 22/24, not really sure how I got here
D) it's kind of creeped up on me!
I am going on holiday in September and would like to get down to a nice size 12/14 by then, i'm not too concerned with my weight as long as I feel healthy and look healthy
I am going to count cals but incorporate slim fast shakes for convenience. I thought about maybe having a 600cal breakfast and slim fast for lunch and tea as I tend to overdo it at tea time. Then maybe have a fruit salad of an evening? Does that sound ok?
I'm looking forward to getting started now, and hope to get to know you all better.
