Hi and welcome, you could begin by telling us what plan your thinking off, and then updating your user stats by filling in the details in the left side bar under the tab at the top called user CP.

hey i just joined 2, although i dont have a diet plan am hoping to change my eating habits as some diets are expensive and i cant stick to them lol.

also using the paul mckenna 4 golden rules although instead of eating what i want am choosing the healthier choices, any advice will be appreciated as have about 6st to lose:eek:.

i am also going to curves gym 3 times a week. which takes 30mins to walk there and 30min workout, bf picks me up after tho
