hello minimins ...again ...hello cambridge ...again


Hiya everyone!

Well I've had the worst week. Work was horrendous and I've been so busy and stressed that the diet has taken a back seat. All the days juat kinda merged into one big awful day so I don't even know which days I was on plan and which days I wasn't. What's done is done. I got back on it 100% yesterday. My weigh in is a day early this week and I will be happy to have maintained from Mondays weigh in. It does mean I have an 8 day week ahead and in theory should mean a bigger loss! Feeling focussed and hopeful that work is gonna be better this week!

I've got 4 weeks til my first goal date and I want another stone off by then!

Hi all, is anyne having weeks where they put on weight? Im only on week 5 and already putting on weight rather than losing which is pretty deflating so would appreciate hearing from anyone with similar stories or advice
