I have lost 3st 1and a half pounds since July 2010 it has not easy going, i go to slimming world and am finding a whole new me.

I go to slimming world aswell and im finding it fantastic. i lost 1 stone and half a pound in 5 weeks.my next weigh in is tomorrow!! wow u have had great weight loss too.
