Hi, my names sandra or siggy or whatever lol. I've started a VLCD and I'm just needing a place to go for support. That inspirational slide show has just done it for me today! How amazing! It just goes to show it can be done!
I just can't believe some of the transformations, I hope I can be one of those too.

Hi, I started yesturday too and thought those pictures were amazing. If they can do it we can too. I have 118lbs to loose so in for the long haul, but I know it will be worth it in the end. Good luck with your efforts and hope to chat with you again soon.
