Hi everyone!! Well, I'm a newbie here and I'm struggling with my weight loss goal. I'm a 5'6 height girl with a weight of 179 lbs. I know I'm overweight :cry:.. I have been trying to do some weight loss for myself like exercising and dieting .. but there's a point that I would stop doing it because of my hectic schedule..

really need some encouragement and tips. Hope you guys can help me :<

Good for you getting to grips with this dreaded weight loss regime.. such a problem isn't it?
Hope you are successful in keeping to your chosen regime and do please let us know what that is and other info by filling out the details which will appear in the left side column of your posts... we will then have a good idea of how you are progressing etc.

Looking forward to reading your diary so do keep me informed when you start one.

Hey - are you following a specific diet? I was doing slimming world but have changed to calorie counting so if I really have no time to cook I can still eat as long as it's in my cals! :)
