Hello There!!!

Hi all!

My name is Lyndsey and I am re-starting slimming world!! I am hoping to find lots of support and like-minded people on MiniMins.... I'm new to the site and still trying to find my way around, so any tips would be most welcome.

Hi Lyndsey, I am new to the site too and learning my way around. I rejoined SW last week after trying to follow the plan on my own for a while and failing-I basically think I need the threat of being weighed every week to keep on track! Over the last (too many) years I have done every diet going including SW twice but have decided that this plan offers the best hope for me long term.

Hi Lyndsey,

How's it going? I'm doing ok, so far, had my first weigh in on Wednesday and lost 3.5lb, yey! Finding it quite easy to stick to but I never have a problem initially when I'm all motivated, it's after a month or two when I usually get bored and lose the plot and end up putting what I've lost back on :(
