Hi there, I just joined here today, have been doing SW before Xmas and found it great, lost a stone, but fell off wagon badly over Xmas and now I feel like I'd like to change back to WW again. Just don't seem to have the energy for SW, while it was great, I missed my bread SOOOOOO much

I found it hard to manage out and about e.g. Hard to get lunches if you don't want to eat a dinner etc. I have done WW a few times over the years and always had great results on it but two babies have meant that I'm back with about 3 st to lose. Last time I was with WW pro points had just come in, so I can't remember a lot of it anymore tbh, so am going to join a class on Thursday am. Will be brave and fill out mystats after that weigh in!!
