I'm going to class. Been following Extra Easy, lost 3.5lb first week, gained 1lb 2nd week (no idea why) lost 1.5lb 3rd week and 1lb 4th week. Then went on holiday and gained 3lb, which is fine, I took it on the chin. Then last week, I gained another 0.5lb and have no reason why. So I'm on a total loss of 1.5lb and this week have been following mainly red days on the advice of my consultant, who has been checking my diary each day and saying it's fine. Weigh in tonight x
