hello and welcome to the forum...maybe you could try drinking more water, at least 2 litres a day and exercise really does help! do you keep track of your calories?... my fitness pal can also help.

I love my fitness pal! Its invaluable if you make most of your meals from scratch and I love the exercise and food diary. I have absolutely no doubt I will succeed at this thanks to MiniMins and MFP
