I posted on minimims a while ago when I was on LL. Anyway, for reasons including lack of willpower and financial hiccups, I stopped going to LL. I'm now starting CD (started yesterday) and I guess I'll be a regular in this particular forum. You are all doing so well - please pass some of your willpower over here!

I've started a blog which I keep looking at (got ' before' pics on there) as I look sooooo gross in my undies that it's GOT to motivate me to stick to it!

Hi Karen

I hope you have success with the CD and well done for getting through day 1. You already know that VLCD works if you did lighterlife so just keep glugging the water and stick to the packs and the weight will melt off before your eyes.

hehe I can't imagine ANY diet being addictive to me! I hope it does become addictive tho - I'd rather be addicted to CD than food like I am now. Or WAS :)
