Hi everyone,
I first tried SW a couple of years ago and did really well (on Extra Easy) until my husbands work hours changed and I couldn't make it to group anymore I swore I'd stick to the plan and just weigh myself at a set time in Boots each week, but after a few weeks I fell off the wagon completely! All the weight came back pretty quickly
I used to be a lovely size 10 until I had my first baby when I was 19 - during that pregnancy I put on 4.5st and have never managed to lose it all, or keep off what I have lost.
Our son is now 5, and we also have a 3.5yr old daughter and 12 day old son too!
During my last pregnancy I tried to eat healthily but didn't purposefully diet. I weighed myself a couple of days after he was born and was 1lb lighter than at the start of my pregnancy Most of the things we eat are SW friendly anyway (habits stick!) but I really need to stop eating naughty snacks and make more of an effort to stop having sugar on cereal again etc.
I intend to join SW again as soon as Noah is 6 weeks old, but will be using my old books and recipes etc to start off until then.
I'm not going to go overboard with it though as I am breastfeeding and don't want to affect that - I think I read somewhere that I should have one more of each HE? Can anyone let me know if that's right?
I'm going to weigh myself on Monday morning to see where I'm starting from, and then every Wednesday after that (group is on Wednesdays so figured it would be a good day to choose).
