I'm also on weight watchers! I've lost 8 pounds so far. The key is not to focus on losing weight, but rather to make sure that you always stick to your points. But when I do go over, I just make sure that I make it up in the next week (but this shouldn't be done too often).
Im very much of the mindset that Im not going to say 'ooh i want to lose so and so lbs by so and so, just as long as my weight goes steadily downhill Ill be very happy!
As Im a bit of a chunker theyve given me 42 points, yesterday was my first proper day and I was absolutely stuffed!
