Hi, just looking in to say hello. I started the Cambridge Diet and lost a stone before Xmas but am having trouble getting back in the zone. Anyway am not giving in just yet. I want to lose another 2 stone if poss before this April. The packets are quite expensive and wondered if the price depends on the counsellor or if they are a fixed price. Anyone know? Good luck everyone in their weight loss quest. Saska
