Hello all! Just come across this little gem and thought I'd get involved. About 2 years ago now I lost between 3-4 stone and since then I've managed to pile a good stone at least back on again as a result of doing shift work, eating crap on nights, and in an LDR so all gym routines go out the window because of visits.

However I'm leaving my current job, moving out and moving in with the bf and spending a small fortune on gym membership in my new town to get me back to how I was and to give me something to do while I look for a job! I have a picture of me in a gorgeous little black dress and I look really quite small so my plan is to look like I did then (and it would help if I fitted in the dress!)
