Hi Everyone,

I think I've introduced myself on here before but it was a while ago, so I'll do it again.

I'm Kat. It's been 63 weeks since I joined Slimming World, but like a lot of people I've been in, out, up and down over the past year and a bit.

I lost 1st 8lb before I lost my will power and ended up stopping going to group, BIG mistake. I spent the summer messing around and managed to put back on over a stone of that, but never got back to my starting weight.

I rejoined group in October after my two holidays, and since then I got back to my 1st 8lb loss in February this year and I'm now at my 2stone loss!

Been working hard this week to get under the 2stone bracket as my will power has been wavering again... but I've made a food plan for the whole week and so far, I've had 4syns of Rose wine, 13.5 of ice cream, 7 in a blueberry muffin (Homemade), 2 in my tea last night and 1.5 in my breakfast this morning.

Hoping for a decent loss this week, as I'm going to the gym regularly too.

Looking forward to trawling through the boards and hopefully getting some hints and tips!
