Just wanted to say hi. I
I've been nosing at this forum for ages looking for advice. You've all been really helpful so I decided to take the plunge and join in.
About me:- 4 years ago I lost almost 3 stone doing weight watchers. Recently I have noticed the weight is starting to creep back on. Now back on it again!

Hi and welcome. I am a newbie too. Good luck for your journey.
I am also on WW. Have lost 9.9kg (21lb) in 7 weeks. I did WW 3 years ago an lost 21kg(46lbs) but I had my 4th child just over a year ago and the weight crept back on.
