Hi I'm delighted to finally get serious about my weightloss. I've put on a stone in the last yr (very stress full year) and had a small surgery last week. It's only now I feel ready to loose weight.:) I've done so many "diets" I don't know how to eat any more! I previously lost 3 stone but i'm back to where I started now so it feels crappy to try to loose it again. I'm finding it hard to stay motivated. I've lost 3kg 6ish pounds and I'd be happy with 1lb a week loss. I think I'll change my scales back to stone and pounds it sounds like more to me!! I'm looking forward to getting to know everyone :D
