Hi. I'm new, so a little about me--I've been on and off my weight loss goals since January of this year (New Year's Resolutions, of course), with my weight bouncing up and down. I'm hoping that this forum can help to keep me focused on my weight loss goals. I'd like to lose 37 lbs by the end of the year.

I gained significant weight following a mid-life crisis. Now that I've moved onto better things, I'd like my weight to reflect that too.
