    I have just been out and bought my first weeks shakes. I am starting tomorrow. Can;t wait. Any help will be much appreciated.

    My starting weight is 16 stone 5 1/2 lbs. OMG:cry:

    Well done for taking the first step. Lipotrim is fab. The first week is tough but after that I have felt on top of the world!
    I got weighed today. Exactly one month after starting and reached 2 stone loss!
    This site is great for support and advice. no question is stupid! We have all been there and wondered the same things.
    One hint- Peppermint tea with the choc shake is fab! Hot or cold.

    Welcome Tru, you have absoloutely done the right thing buying the shakes.

    You must have read all the sucess stories on here and as long as you stay true to the diet it really does work. Good luck for your first week and we will all be here for you. :):)

    Welcome and good luck on your lipotrim journey.
    Only advice I will offer is that its a good idea to split your shakes into 2 in your first few days or first week, you can have 6 drinks a day rather than three, which will help until you get into ketosis.

    Hi tru and welcome:flowers:make sure you keep up on your water intake,it is important and in the first few days will keep your hunger pangs at bay before ketosis kicks in. Good luck and keep us posted.

    This is a fantastic diet, just keep telling yourself this during your first week. That first week is the hardest and it does get better after, you actually calm down and get used to the fact that yes you can survive on 3 shakes.

    The hardest thing you will miss to start with is not chewing. Just keep you water intake up as the more you drink the more you shrink!

    Also you will find yourself glued to this site, its brilliant for motivation and again no question is silly, Just ask.
