:wave_cry: hi all i sinned, i ate a crisp sandwich i know it was wrong but it was so good!

i will regret it 2moz tho i know, last few days i feel like im slipping bak, i lost so much now im stuck on the same weight !

been hungry last few days i think cos of period

yeah that makes me hungry too. Makes resisting hard . Don't be so hard on yourself. i find it helps not to have the stuff in the house in the first place

How about getting some baked crisps? quite low in fat

well at least you admitted it!!!
you prob will get the horrid orange, and it will make you feel worse than what you do already.
but learn from the experience.
i would also rid the house of anything if you know your will power isnt very good.
try and find some healthy snacks and stock up on them.
i hope you are feeling ok....

hi guys thanks, i usually just dont buy them point blank, but last few shops i been gettin bits for xmas as im doing the dinner here for everyone! and so i kinda nicked em out the xmas party stuff lol, cant afford to wait and do the big xmas shop nearer the time, i been buying stuff bit by bit

i had the orange stuff, im ok now
