Help me :)

Hey guys

Started back at SW on Thursday do today was my official first day of trying. I had the following....please let me know if this sounds like I'm on the right path

2 x Weetabix with banana on

Chicken and bacon salad (no fat of skin) with low fat dressing (not much)

Salmon baked with a tiny bit of butter and lemon juice with new potatoes and mushy peas.

Then an apple.....

I feel full and happy. Just need a bit of support and guidance.

Oh and I went the gym too

Any help is appreciated.
