Help please Chicken Tikka

Hi everyone.
Wondering if anyone can help me. Can anyone tell me how they would make a cold chicken tikka dressing/filling for a jacket potato.
I dont know why but have been craving this today and my culinary skills are not the best !!

I use Chicken(Obv!)Tikka powder,FF fromage frais,gherkin(personal choice)salt,pepper and a bit of chopped fresh coriander

or I also use total 0% yoghurt if I have no fromage frais
