Help please - example menu


Fighting the bulge

Ive been losing 1lb a week on red/green so im giving EE a go..

Just wanted to show todays menu for any comments / tips which could help me further. Im doing between 5-10 syns a day.

Breakfast (i hate eating in the morning)
Nectarine Muller Light

FF activia Blueberry

1 can tuna in brine
3 tblspns ASDA Extra Light Mayo (3 syns)
Lettuce - generius handful
6 cherry tomatoes
2 medium gherkins
1/2 tin sweetcorn
1 spring onion

Activia FF Strawberry

SW Chicken curry (free)
Roasted parsnip, courgette, swede
28g cheese (HEXA)

Raspberries, grapes, melon
1 meringue (4 syns)

Also making a lentil, pepper & bean soup full of speedy foods incase i fancy it :)
prunes (HEXB)
Water - 3 x 500ml glass (and counting)

this is the first time i've done EE so any tips would be good please :)

Nice menu. I will say that some people don't tend to lose much having so many yogurts in one day but whatever works for you is good.

Haha i only realised i had 3 when you pointed that out!!!

Im trying to have 2 activia a day as that the recommendation for a healthly digestive system. I'll try to cut out the muller though! Thanks :)
Looks smashing to me hun. I wouldn't worry too much about the yoghurts though! You could have a big cooked breakfast instead of a yoghurt and it would still be free, yet the breakfast would have more calories!!
