Help please - h ex or syns??

Hi, as a newbie to slimming world(day 2 today) , just wondered if anyone could give me some advice....

I am on a green day and have used 1 h extra a for milk and 1 h ex b for weetabix. In work today i had 3 cups of coffee with milk which was not from my h ex, can i count it as my second h ex A or do I need to syn it? And if so, how many syns for a dash of semi skimmed milk?

Also does it matter if i have only had one h ex b today?

I personally count half a syn for each dash of milk.so I would probably syn that milk and use your a on cheese. It's is not really important to use your other b but make sure you get a balanced diet epically as a veggie make sure you have protein in your meals. Or you could make cheese on toast for supper yummy I love green days for the extra a and b but couldn't live totally without meat!
 
Ah sorry just realised you aren't veggie but I would still balance it with protein
 
Thanks for the help, i'm not veggie so am alternating between green and ee as i do like my carbs!!! Will syn the milk in that case, 1.5 syns not too bad!!! X
 
Just a quick point, its skimmed milk that is 1/2 syn for a dash. Semi skimmed is 1 and whole milk 1.5syns for a dash x

And how do u quantify a dash of milk???? I measured my dash one day and was actual 1 syn (skimmed milk) so be careful.
