    Can anyone help me please and tell me if a 60g wholewheat Pita bread is counted as a HEB??Or what sin value it is if not.I have a VERY old book and it does not say.

    Only either Asda or Co-op wholemeal pitta can be counted as HEB.

    The syn count for 60g wholemeal pitta bread is 7 1/2.
