Hi all
Ive just been going thorugh everything online and im totally confused! (not hard to do)
I just wondered if someone can answer a couple of questions please- id be so grateful!

Do i have to use all mypoints every day and if i do exercise do i have to use the extra points i get from this?

Can i eat as much as i like of the 0 points food?

Is there a list anywhere of 0 point foods?

Im sure there are more but if someone can help me with these it will get me started!

You can only have a min of 16 points a day though, so if like me you have 19 per day, you can only save 3 as you have to have 16 a day.
