Just a quick question does anyone know if you can do lt if you have diabeties?

It depends hun which type you are..
Type 2 Diabetes - ie Diet / Meds controlled in most cases yes with careful monitoring by your pharmacist.

Type 1 Diabetes (Insulin controlled) - You would have to contact your diabetes clinic for this but I am almost 100% sure they do not allow Type 1 diabetics to follow the programme.
