Help please

Hi iv looked thru the topics but can't find anything relevant to what I need

I'm following the old weight watchers point system as me and the pro points system don't get on,

Could any one help me as to how many old points are in a turkey breast fillet that weighs 150g please

Thanks in advance

I don't have books, but have you tried googling the nutritional value? I do that for a lot of things, and a little table comes up in Google. You can then use that to work out the points. It should also have the nutritional value on the packaging if it's something you're cooking yourself.

A chicken breast that size was about 2.5 old points if I recall correctly. You can tell I did ww for a long time and ate a lot of chicken!

Yeah i think mrscc is right, in the book it says "Turkey breast skinless and boneless 125g" is 2p so i would call 150g 2.5 to be sure.
