Help ..... syn free natural yogurt

    Hi all, really new to SW and getting a little confused about which natural yoghurts are syn free. I shop in asda, lidl & Aldi ..... would be really fab if some one could let me know which natural yoghurts are syn free eg asda good for you or smart price .... many thanks in anticipation :confused::confused:

    they are free if they say fat free. I'm sure ive bought some from asda before that was free xx

    just had a look online and these are both in asda and are coming up as free on all plans xx

    this is the one thats free in aldi

    I buy asdas smart price one , but I looked in the food optimising book and it say 0.5 syn ??? I have been classing it as free ?
    Help !!!!!!!!! It's the small syns thet add up to made them big ones ?
