Help with pro points allowance please

hi. i'm new to minimins but not new to dieting. i've been doing ww dicovery plan from home but have come to stand still :sigh:. i thought i'd give pp a go but can't afford the meetings. could somebody please work out my pp daily allowance & weekly allowance :). i'm female, aged 39, weigh 155lbs & 5ft 4in small. my weight's a guestimate as need to get some new scales this weekend. how would i change allowance according to weight?? fankoo x
 
I'm pretty certain you'd be on the minimum of 29 (I was 1lb heavier and 1 inch shorter than you and on 29), in which case you don't change your allowance until at goal :) Then you simply add 3pp and see if you still lose/gain and adjust accordingly :)
