hi. i'm new to minimins but not new to dieting. i've been doing ww dicovery plan from home but have come to stand still :sigh:. i thought i'd give pp a go but can't afford the meetings. could somebody please work out my pp daily allowance & weekly allowance . i'm female, aged 39, weigh 155lbs & 5ft 4in small. my weight's a guestimate as need to get some new scales this weekend. how would i change allowance according to weight?? fankoo x
