    I successfully lost 3 stones on SS about a year ago, since then have tried SW and WW but have put baout half a stone back on :cry:

    No have loads of Christmas parties coming up- basically something every weekend from now on and am really depressed about weight.
    Now don't know if I should
    1. try and stick to WW/SW type as it is flexible but is very slow
    2. try to SS all week and just go off plan for the event

    ahhh, please help me!!!!!

    Now I am no expert,but soon I have loads of events coming up and I will be taking the just off plan for the event approach, not only because I find it easier to get back on cd than anyother diet, but also because whenever I have tried to be good on sw always ended up cheating, then after feeling really guilty the diet swiftly ended. However this is only my way of damage limitation to myself,hope you come up with a plan and enjoy your busy social life x

    Thanks for the advice, I too go mad on SW- can't control myself!! Thinking I might do SS as and when I can, know its not ideal but best I can do....cannot bear the thought of going to a party and sipping a glass of water int he corner :(

    I'd deffo do SS ...its a WIN WIN situation ;) you'll lose the weight (thats a given) and then you'll feel better :D
