Ok so iv been good all day until 2night came in from drivin lesson and ate all round me :( weigh in is 2mro night do u think itl cause loadsa damage? :/ x
 
Hmmm not sure. I'd just draw a line under it. If weigh in doesn't go well, at least you'll know why so you can try hard for next week.
 
I would echo what above poster said (sorry didn't check the name and can't scroll up on phone!)
It's done, its one day you can't change it now. You can however make sure you get back on plan 100% tomorrow, go to weigh in, accept what the scales say (you may be surprised but prepare for a gain, if it happens you know where you went wrong) stay to group and move on from here. After all one day out of 366 days this year is nothing. There's plenty more days to make good :eek:) x
 
Forget it! You'll only obsess and do worse damage, but next week have a treat waiting, a home made 'ready meal', or something you love that 'feels' norty!!
Like a pile of SW chips par boiled and ready to go!

My feel good meal on a Red day is bacon, poached egg & toast! :drool: (just add mushrooms & tomatoes to make it EE) :)
