Ives been on Cambridge diet 5 day and been really good until 10 mins ago and had a bowl of cereal. Is that going to mess my 1st weighing. Someone please help
 
most importantly is the learning.. do you know what triggered you to do that? do you know what conversation you were having in your head? are you able to forgive yourself and see solutions to next time you feel like that?
..the five days wont have been lost over the next couple of weeks, but it might mean a lower loss for the first week..

don't let one little slip break your resolve.. you're doing well.. get straight back into it and let us know how you get on!

It will knock you out of ketosis and you will have to repeat going back into it. Are you doing SS? If so and are craving food (and most of us crave carbs) Consider SS+ where you can have a 200kcal meal (see book for choices) It may affect your loss but draw a line under it and don't beat yourself up. Awww thank u, this is my 1 st time on this site so just getting used to it. Ives been so strict and not felt hungry, I wasn't even hungry which made me have the ceral, I had it cos I just wanted to eat something. My 1st weighing is Friday so hopefully I'll be ok fingers crossed.
